Vladyslav Sokolovskyi Moderated the Energy Law Forum

On 17 November 2021, Vladyslav Sokolovskyi, the Managing Partner of Sokolovskyi&Partners Law Firm, moderated the session “Operation of the Electric Power Market'' at VI Business & Legal Energy Forum.

The session was attended by the representatives of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine, chairpersons of public associations in the energy industry, and specialized lawyers.

Together with the speakers and the audience of the event, Vladyslav Sokolovskyi discussed competition at the electric power market, reimbursement for the imbalances, application of the EU law on competition and governmental aid at the electric power market, ecological audits at the thermal generation facilities, the new mechanisms for supporting development of the renewable power generation in Ukraine as well as general state of affairs in the electric power industry.
